Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of product management or related technical experience.
• 4 years focused on consumer product growth and activation.
• Experience with mobile consumer experiences and onboarding flows.
• Proficiency in quantitative funnel analysis and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and conversion workstreams across YouTube's core surfaces.
• Lead strategic vision, high-velocity experimentation roadmap, and execution of high-impact experiences at scale.
• Partner with Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science to instrument funnel telemetry and test hypotheses.
• Scale growth loops, onboarding experiences, and re-engagement mechanisms to drive habitual viewing.
