Homebase is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the customer onboarding and activation experience for the first 30 days. You will define the strategy, vision, and roadmap to accelerate onboarding, activation, and early engagement for business owners and employees, with an AI-first approach and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in PLG/growth roles at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ownership of full PLG funnel from signup to activation to paid conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end first 30-day customer experience and roadmap.
• Drive signup-to-activation conversion across the funnel.
• Design and optimize self-serve onboarding and in-product guidance.
• Own and improve key growth metrics: activation, CAC, time-to-value.
• Lead high-velocity experiments and AI-first onboarding strategies.
