AgelessRx is seeking a hands-on, highly analytical Vice President of Growth & Marketing to lead and operationalize our marketing organization. This role specializes in growth channels, funnels, CAC/LTV economics, and scaling DTC initiatives, building systems and teams that deliver measurable results.

The successful candidate will own the marketing operating layer across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, analytics, experimentation, and brand.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of growth, performance, or digital marketing leadership.
• Proven track record in scaling acquisition and retention with CAC/LTV economics.
• Deep fluency across paid channels (Google, Meta, affiliates) to challenge channel ownership.
• Experience building high-velocity experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset; translate data into strategy.
• Experience building marketing financial models and forecasting growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, hiring and coaching.

Aufgaben

• Lead marketing day to day, ensuring paid media, lifecycle, brand, analytics, and experimentation work together as an integrated system.
• Own operating rhythm: performance reviews, prioritization, reporting cadence, accountability.
• Improve execution by spotting blind spots and removing blockers.
• Redirect or sharpen the approach when experiments or channels underperform.
• Build a proactive, high-accountability culture with high agency.
• Own go-to-market for new product launches, including funnel architecture and offer structure.
