Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Riverdale, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). Starting pay is $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, with final compensation varying by experience, training and education.

Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience (internships or related roles) documentable.
• Completion of safety training and ability to pass background checks.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
• Collect and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and team members; participate in trainings.
