Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking an RBT/BT for a full-time role in Riverdale, GA. The position offers structured paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification with supervision and ongoing development.

Starting pay is $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. Benefits are provided for full-time staff, including growth opportunities and tuition support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Experience in Safety Training is required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
