Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking dedicated RBT/BT professionals to provide ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings in Riverdale, GA. The role includes training, supervision, and a clear path for certification advancement, with paid training and opportunities to pursue higher levels.

Starting pay is $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
