Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Exceed individual and branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls/texts/emails and arrange payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for informed choices.
