HelloFresh in London is seeking a Junior Growth Manager to drive the next phase of growth for the Partnerships channel. You will source, develop and manage high‑impact partnerships across the UK for HelloFresh and Green Chef, focusing on end‑to‑end campaigns.

You will build a strong pipeline, nurture existing relationships, negotiate cost mechanics, and collaborate with local and global Growth Partnerships teams to scale acquisition and deliver measurable returns.

Qualifications

• Background in growth marketing, consulting, or data handling.
• Strong measurement foundation (COS/ROI, CAC, LTV)
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder influence
• Ability to manage partnerships end-to-end and drive growth

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a roadmap of new partnership opportunities across industries.
• Prospect, pitch, and secure acquisition-focused partnerships.
• Manage offers to deliver partner value and extend platform reach.
• Scale the B2B sub-channel (Daily Deals, Gift Cards).
• Analyze performance and negotiate cost mechanics with a commercial mindset.
• Share insights with local and international teams to drive global learnings.
