Job summary

LeadVision is seeking an experienced Performance Partnerships Manager to grow our network of publishers, affiliates, and lead-generation partners. You will manage existing partners, recruit new ones, and represent LeadVision at industry events.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to optimize partnerships, drive quality leads, and maximize profitability while aligning with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, publisher development, partnerships, or lead gen.
• Experience managing publisher/affiliate partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop new business via outbound prospecting.
• Strong understanding of CPL and performance-based models.
• Experience negotiating pricing, payouts, and volume terms.
• Familiarity with Ping/Post platforms and lead distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with publishers, affiliates, networks, and lead-generation partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard new high-quality partners.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Negotiate CPLs, payouts, volume commitments, caps, and terms.
• Understand partner traffic sources, pricing models, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and integrations.
