Job summary

MN Adult & Teen Challenge seeks a Community Development Manager to be the strategic ambassador for RockBridge Treatment & Recovery, Lakeside Academy, and MN Adult & Teen Challenge Minnesota. You will build executive-level relationships across healthcare, government, education, and philanthropy to increase referrals, census, donor support, and community visibility.

The role requires strong business and financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to convert relationships into measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, communications, nonprofit leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, fundraising, referral development, healthcare outreach, account management, or community partnerships.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, census growth, donations, sponsorships, or partnership revenue.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, revenue drivers, ROI, and growth.
• Ability to travel regularly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual referral, census, partnership, and community development plans tailored to each program.
• Build high-value referral relationships with hospitals, counties, schools, child protection and other partners.
• Represent programs at events, conferences, and coalitions to advance partnerships and donor engagement.
• Track referrals, admissions, census, donations, and revenue impact using CRM and data, and report to leadership.
