BloomAgainBklyn is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations, shape long-term strategy, and scale the organization in New York City. You will oversee programs, fundraising, partnerships, and staff while maintaining a lean, mission-driven culture.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in nonprofit leadership, fundraising success, strong financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills to expand BloomAgainBklyn's impact and community reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nonprofit leadership experience.
• Proven fundraising, donor cultivation, and partnership development.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide organizational leadership and develop BloomAgainBklyn's strategic plan and growth.
• Oversee operations, programs, budgeting, and expense oversight in partnership with the Treasurer.
• Develop and execute a fundraising strategy, cultivate donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Represent the organization at community events and with stakeholders, including volunteers and partners.
