Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Market Development Manager to identify, develop and grow outpatient rehabilitation referrals across the region. You will work with referral sources, affiliates and the marketing team to expand network and drive patient referrals.

In this role you will analyze regional data, build targeted relationship strategies and mentor teammates on effective outreach. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in outside sales in healthcare are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or health-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of outside sales experience preferred; healthcare related background highly desirable.
• Ability to consistently communicate patient/client expectations and build relationships with referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and territorial relationships with referral sources, affiliates, and contacts in collaboration with marketing and operations.
• Use analytics to guide relationship-building strategy and track activity and performance.
• Identify new leads and contacts to create outreach opportunities.
• Develop strategic programs by aligning with key referral sources and clinicians.
• Support training and field coaching for relationship-building skills.
