Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow our top restaurant partners across major cities. You’ll drive growth through promotions, marketing activations, and close collaboration with operations to deliver excellent service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in fast-paced environments, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and fluent English with Spanish/Catalan.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, finance, or tech).
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or PR is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy: Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with top restaurant partners and drive growth.
• Lead promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure high service levels and revenue.
• Prepare reports on KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
