Northwestern Mutual-Twin Cities in Bloomington, MN seeks a Growth Partner to help scale our recruiting and growth strategy. You’ll build relationships, engage with the community, and inspire career changers to explore a path in financial advising.

You’ll source and screen candidates, develop referral partnerships, and collaborate with our leadership to expand the talent network. If you’re energized by people, growth, and tangible impact, we’d love to meet you.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting, sales, business development, or related fields.
• Experience prospecting and generating leads via phone, networking, or in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake.
• Established network and community involvement is a plus.
