Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Women’s Health sales team in the Atlanta territory. The role focuses on partnering with Clinical Field Specialists, managing accounts, and driving growth while upholding compliance and company values.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of medical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. OTE ranges from $95k to $115k USD with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of successful sales experience, with a preference for individuals who know how to navigate the medical sales space.
• Trained on a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Partnering with a top-performing representative to seamlessly manage the market.
• Mastering the ability to retain current business while driving new growth within existing customers.
• Cultivating strong relationships and navigating complex clinical situations.
• Utilizing business acumen to analyze territory dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
• Employing Sales processes to conduct effective sales calls.
• Developing expert knowledge of Natera’s Women’s Health products and services.
• Knowing customer business needs and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
