Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Distribution Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

Prior warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
Operate warehouse equipment and handheld scanners.
Ensure products are handled safely and accurately.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.
