Job summary

ADUSA Distribution seeks a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving functions across our distribution center. You will help move product accurately and safely through the facility, handling palletized orders for multiple brands.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, documenting tasks, and maintaining clean work areas while supporting efficiency improvements. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work a variable schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable.
• Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research purposes.
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee.
• Complete all shipping/receiving documents.
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks of pallet jacks or forklifts per company policy.
• Follow sanitation practices; keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency, productivity and reduce costs.
