Qualifications

• Understanding of state and federal safety standards.
• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics.
• High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train and supervise facility staff to ensure understanding of roles and career paths.
• Foster continuous staff development through professional and clinical training and performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of daily operations, client care, service and records.
