Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee a vet-led clinic’s full operations, including business and clinical governance, while ensuring superb client service. The PM will implement CityVet policies, lead staff, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, supervising staff, and maintaining quality control across daily operations, client care, and records to uphold CityVet standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of state and federal safety standards.
• Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, train and supervise facility staff to align with role responsibilities and career paths.
• Oversee ongoing staff development, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed to support facility success.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of daily operations, client care, client service and client records.
