Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead a positive, engaging, and accountable work environment.

• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for quality and cost control.
• Maintain cash handling and financial controls per policy.
• Uphold Smoothie King brand standards across operations.
• Ensure store appearance, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Execute initiatives and promotions; align team with goals.
• Develop local marketing and community engagement to drive traffic.
• Recognize achievements to foster engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store success.
