Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Toms River. You will prepare meals to Wonder standards, maintain clean stations, and support guest orders with a warm, efficient approach. The role includes opportunities for growth into Trainer and Supervisor positions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: support teammates, stay energetic, and take on additional duties as assigned.
