Coastal Care Plumbing LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our early-stage team. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, run service calls, and help us build a company with quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair ability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage service calls independently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to clean and high quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixture failures, and water heater problems
• Perform repairs and installations on faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, garbage disposals, water heaters, drain lines, and pipe systems
• Ensure all work meets North Carolina plumbing code and company standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally before, during, and after service
• Provide honest options and recommendations without pressure
• Maintain professionalism and respect inside every home
• Leave work areas clean and organized
• Complete job notes, photos, and invoices accurately in service software
• Track materials used and communicate restocking needs
• Follow company service processes and documentation standards
• Show up on time and prepared
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Represent Coastal Care Plumbing with pride and integrity
• Support occasional weekend and future on call needs
