Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty, LLC in Frederick, MD is seeking a Real Estate Branch Manager to drive branch growth by implementing innovative marketing and business development strategies, and by recruiting, training, and supervising independent contractor agents and staff.

The role oversees branch operations, ensures regulatory compliance, manages real estate transactions and escrow duties, and leads daily leadership meetings while creating training schedules and CRM campaigns to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in a Real Estate and management function.
• Licensure as Real Estate Broker with the appropriate Real Estate Board and membership in State, Local, and National Associations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the functions of the branch to ensure efficient and cost effective operation by implementing systems, programs, policies and procedures.
• Develop business goals and strategies to meet objectives set by the PenFed Realty Board of Managers.
• Provide oversight and training to independent contractor real estate agents in residential brokerage including sales, marketing, finance, agency, listings, contracts, ethics and governmental regulations.
• Recruit new agents, develop growth programs, train and retain agents to affiliate with PenFed Realty Texas.
• Create value propositions for PenFed Realty, work with PenFed marketing staff to design and implement marketing/business development strategies.
• Lead bi-monthly lead accountability reviews with each agent and coach them for successful management and conversion of leads.
• Lead daily Sales Huddles with the branch team of agents, providing guidance and accountability.
• Create and manage the agent-training schedule and hold agents accountable.
• Create and maintain CRM lead campaigns and ensure follow-up and tracking.
• Manage cultivation of Internet leads from acquisition to conversion.
• Audit ad sources in the CRM to ensure proper routing and optimal resource use.
• Identify and implement ways to nurture leads into appointments.
• Create, test and implement scripts, texts, emails, and drip campaigns to improve lead responses.
• Aid independent contractor real estate agents in obtaining client listings and contracts and assist in transaction management and conflict resolution.
