Job summary

Long & Foster Real Estate seeks a Branch Manager to oversee the sales office under the Regional Manager. You will recruit, mentor, and supervise sales associates to drive productivity and profitability.

You will lead fiscal management, ensure policy compliance, promote affiliated business lines, and engage with community boards to uphold the company’s strong reputation in the branch area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Six+ years of managerial and supervisory experience with a minimum of Three+ years of Real Estate Experience/background.
• Must be a licensed Realtor and broker with continuing education credits in real estate and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of office management, including recruitment, retention and training of sales associates.
• Provide leadership for affiliated businesses and manage office profit and loss.
• Ensure compliance with Long & Foster Policies and Procedures.
