Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of the production schedule and customer commitments.
• Develop production supervisors and employees.
• Align staffing with forecasted workload and manage overtime and shift coverage.
• Monitor productivity, quality, downtime, and service performance.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Promote Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
• Collaborate with office, quality, engineering, maintenance, and customer service to improve performance.
