The role emphasizes coordination with architects and other disciplines, along with client communication and project oversight. The ideal candidate offers 3–6 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a strong foundation in code compliance, budgeting, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of Plumbing and HVAC system design experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with budget and schedule awareness.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of industry codes and sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and implement Plumbing and HVAC systems for diverse projects.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and schematics using CAD/BIM.
• Size equipment, perform calculations, and select components.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards; coordinate with architects and contractors.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and review project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and support planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
