Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in North Carolina to expand access to care and lead in innovative therapy practices. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design personalized treatment plans, and manage documentation in the EMR system.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $83,000–$110,000 per year, monthly incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Must have CAPTE-accredited PT education.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
