PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Asheville, NC is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to elevate patient care and expand access to transformative therapy. The role offers growth through in-house residency programs, mentorship, and ongoing education.

You will work with a diverse caseload in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehab, handle documentation in EMR, and participate in a supportive, growth-focused culture with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$5000 available in select locations!
