CIBM Bank in Urbana, IL is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver personalized banking education and recommendations. You will build relationships, assist with new accounts, deposits, and debit cards, and support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking regulations and practices
• 18 months of education or training beyond high school
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build customer relationships to drive growth.
• Open new accounts and process deposits, data entry, and debit cards.
• Meet individual and team sales goals and participate in campaigns.
• Assist with loan and deposit growth within risk controls.
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries.
• Represent the bank in community activities.
• Coordinate with retail and lending staff to serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and security controls.
• Participate in ongoing product and compliance training.
