Job summary

VASL is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations and Electrical Services to lead growth and cultural evolution across residential projects. You will oversee electricians in new home construction and service work, set KPIs, and drive efficiency with modern project management tools.

You will champion digitalization, implementing software such as ServiceTitan, and collaborate with leadership to scale talent and EOS-based processes while delivering on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Qualified Agent on an electrical contractor’s license in TN or willing to obtain before hire.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or GM role.
• Experience leading teams in new residential construction and residential/commercial service work.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Experience with EOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence by setting short- and long-term visions for growth and efficiency.
• Oversee electricians in new residential construction and service work.
• Implement KPIs to track and drive improvements in operations.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for existing customers in new construction.
• Develop and grow residential and commercial service arms.
• Ensure projects meet quality, deadlines, and budget goals.
• Lead digitalization efforts using project management/operational software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
• Collaborate with leadership to modernize processes and communication.
• Build and maintain a robust electrician talent pipeline (recruiting, hiring, training).
• Lead and inspire teams with collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Establish scalable talent acquisition leveraging EOS where applicable.
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth and cultural transformation.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance both new construction and service divisions.
