Lyra Technology Group, a private equity-backed holding company, seeks an executive leader to own the business end-to-end, set vision and cadence, and drive sustainable growth across its technology services portfolio. You will manage multi-million-dollar P&L, optimize margins, and report to the board while building a strong leadership team.

Ideal candidates have proven revenue and margin ownership, experience with tech or services, and a founder's mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; MBA a plus, not required.
• Proven ownership of revenue, margin, or delivery results, ideally in tech or services.
• Hands-on experience owning a P&L or managing a budget.
• Track record building and developing teams, with ability to restructure when needed.
• Confident communication with senior clients and translating technical realities into business terms.
• Data-driven mindset with KPIs and dashboards; provide concrete metrics you owned.
• Experience leading at a small or mid-sized business; founder's mindset valued.
