Coast Property Management in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. You will assist with apartment make-ready, inspect grounds and buildings, and perform repairs under supervisor approval.

The position requires general building knowledge, painting and plumbing familiarity, and reliable personal tools. On-site work with a focus on safety and customer relations with residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Prior property maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Minor appliance skills.
• General knowledge about building equipment.
• Ability to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs.
• Handle service calls promptly.
• Good safety habits.
• Own and maintain your own tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
