Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Jr. Portfolio Performance Manager to oversee a defined portfolio of association media programs. You will drive project delivery, monitor revenue pacing, and support advertiser development under the Director of Portfolio Performance.

The role is designed as a development track, building diagnostic, commercial, and operational skills to progress toward full PPM ownership while collaborating with ASM and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years in project management, media operations, or client services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% as portfolio needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue pacing and performance across portfolio projects; flag risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Content, Marketing, and Production to align activities.
• Support advertiser development and cross-functional collaboration for growth.
• Maintain project setup, milestones, and CRM data accuracy throughout lifecycle.
• Assist in reporting, dashboards, and client communications as directed by ASM.
• Identify and escalate gaps, providing recommendations to improve client outcomes.
