Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our in-person team in Missouri. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth within the agency.

You will drive insurance sales, communicate effectively with clients, and manage a portfolio while learning underwriting and policy options. Licensing support and a dynamic, growth-oriented culture are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
• Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license

Responsabilidades

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs
• Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
• Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
