Qualifications

• Proven GM experience or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Financial management experience: budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with business management software and POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Elko New Market local market dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities
