Job summary

The Talbots LLC in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a high level of customer service, showcase styling expertise, and promote Talbots products. You will help customers find outfits, maintain product presentation, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role requires availability in the evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexible scheduling and a focus on building client relationships while achieving sales and service metrics.

• Love of fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously.
• Be aware of fashion trends and seek information about all new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, fashion etc.
• Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers and suggest items to match their needs.
