Talbots in Clark Summit, PA is seeking a part-time sales associate who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, share fashion knowledge, and help customers create outfits.

You will work with a collaborative team to meet sales and service goals, participate in training, and stay current on product knowledge. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates selling competence, styling expertise and a love of fashion.
• Strong ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ambition and passion to achieve goals as an individual and as part of a store team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a high level of integrity.
• Able to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability including 15–20 hours per week, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist management in building store business and initiatives.
• Support service enhancers to build strong client relationships.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Create outfits for customers and suggest matching items.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback.
• Meet sales and service metrics in clientelling, outreach, and events.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
