Talbots Store Camp Hill in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate who delivers exceptional customer service and fashion guidance. You will help customers find outfits, stock the floor, and participate in store initiatives to build lasting brand relationships.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal communication and integrity.
• Able to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Support store management to build store business.
• Utilize Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen customer connections.
• Serve multiple customers at once and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge including fit, color and styling.
• Create outfits by applying fashion knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback.
• Aim for sales and service metrics through clientelling, outreach and store programs.
