Job summary

RISE Services LLC is expanding into Rhode Island and seeking an experienced Employment Specialist / Job Coach to launch the program from the ground up. You will deliver direct employment services in community settings and partner with employers to create opportunities.

Initially part-time with potential for more hours, this role offers growth toward leadership as the Rhode Island program develops. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing employment services to individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of Rhode Island vocational rehabilitation and transition services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in community settings and travel throughout service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality employment services to individuals with disabilities.
• Conduct career exploration, job searching, resume and interview prep.
• Develop job opportunities and outreach to employers; coordinate interviews and on-site coaching.
