Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support measurement, reporting, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on GA4 and GTM setup, data collection accuracy, and translating data into business insights for decision making.

You will work with the Digital Marketing team to implement tracking, develop dashboards, and analyze performance across channels, helping drive growth and stakeholder understanding through clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on GA4 and GTM experience.
• Experience with digital marketing measurement and event tracking.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Nitro business performance data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Support GA4 and GTM implementation, testing, and validation of event tracking.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across multiple data sources.
• Analyze website, campaign, and customer behavior to optimize marketing performance.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Support attribution modeling and conversion analysis across channels.
• Document analytics requirements, tagging specs, and best practices for scalability.
