Job summary

Blue Aspen Marketing in Chandler, AZ is seeking a highly organized, proactive Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

You will coordinate with internal teams across SEO, PPC, content, web development, and design to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and exceed expectations, while building trusted client partnerships in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, project management, or client services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
Experience working with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative.
Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar systems.
Experience managing business social media accounts and digital content initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain organized records of client communications, goals, and campaign progress.
Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
Review campaign data and marketing performance metrics.
Prepare client reports and strategic recommendations.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other marketing tools to evaluate results.
Translate marketing data into actionable insights for clients.
