Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two- or Four-year construction-related degree OR Journeyman background.
• 1–5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly project activities and assign personnel.
• Share resources across projects, departments, and branches to support company needs.
• Oversee billing and collections for cash flow and track accounts receivable.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team while promoting continuous learning.
• Promote safety to pursue zero accidents and encourage open communication on safety.
