Job summary

PPC Partners seeks a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from planning through completion in Wisconsin. You will manage scope, schedule, costs, and profitability while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost-control skills, and experience in coordinating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant relevant work experience may suffice.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and project cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business lines to coordinate, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Apply project management practices including charters, plans, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure prioritization, staffing, and resourcing.
• Achieve budgeted net profit targets and manage billing/cash flow.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement to increase field productivity.
• Forecast weekly goals and analyze performance to drive efficiency.
• Share resources across branches and departments.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to concerns promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and client interaction.
• Promote safety as top priority and ensure zero accidents.
