• 3+ years of commercial construction project accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review Insurance Certificates, W9's, MSA's, Change-Orders, Certified Payrolls, and Work-Orders.
• Track submittals, RFI's and documentation.
• Assist Project Managers and Field Operations as well as Accounting Department helping to build and maintain accurate records and project values and accurate expense reporting.
• Understand and coordinate with Owner and General Contractor billing cycles.
• Assist with payments, releases, and waivers.
• Prepare subcontractor billings and vendor purchase orders.
