Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is hiring a Commercial HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems and support technicians as needed. The role includes operating a company vehicle, maintaining equipment and inventory, and communicating with customers and dispatchers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC/R training or vocational program preferred.
• EPA Universal refrigerant certification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, gauges, and meters.
• Physical ability for manual tasks and lifting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment issues and malfunctions.
• Inspect and clean condenser and evaporator coils; replace filters.
• Test and calibrate system controls and thermostats; check refrigerant levels.
• Perform refrigerant recovery and recycling procedures.
• Advise customers on maintenance and improvements; assist with repairs.
• Complete paperwork on company laptop/tablet; maintain records.
• Support Service Technicians on complex calls as needed.
• Maintain tools and inventory on the service vehicle.
• Communicate clearly with customers and CSR/Dispatcher.
