Job summary

Navigate Search is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support the growth and management of our Commercial Auto insurance program. You will help expand into new states, perform rate analyses, and conduct regulatory research to ensure compliant growth.

You will assist with underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring, while coordinating with MGAs, brokers, and other partners on underwriting and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, diligence, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively with management and collaborate as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred; English proficiency required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Auto program expansion into additional states, including product/rate filings, rate analysis, and regulatory research.
• Assist with program management, including underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with MGAs, brokers, and other business partners on underwriting, program operations, and new business opportunities.
• Participate in process improvement, system development, and data/AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
