Job summary

Navigate Search seeks a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support the Commercial Auto insurance program's growth and management. The role provides exposure to underwriting, program management, regulatory research, portfolio analysis, and business development while also supporting technology and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include expanding the program into new states with filings and rate analysis, assisting with underwriting guideline development and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• English proficiency required; Korean bilingual skills preferred.

• Participate in data, AI, and automation initiatives designed to improve efficiency and program performance.
• Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• English proficiency required; Korean bilingual skills preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
