Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.

• Ability to hold people accountable while helping them succeed.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and performance metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
