Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is seeking a driven District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake and Ogden, UT area. You will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations and inspire high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management in automotive or retail services.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community.
