Brightli in St. Charles, MO is seeking an Associate Counselor to support assessment, treatment planning, and counseling for clients in mental health and substance use treatment.

You will work under supervision of licensed professionals, conduct screenings, and help develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and healthy decision‑making. Qualifications

• Hold one of the following licenses: MAADC I or II, CADC, CRADC.
• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/equivalent required.
• Supervised work under a Qualified Addiction Professional per governing boards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in screening and assessment under supervision of licensed staff.
• Collaborate in development of treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner per standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment planning discussions with the team.
• Facilitate group counseling, education, family conferences, and individual sessions.
• Maintain professional relationships with referrals, clients, and coworkers; handle crises as needed.
